How does the trade-in program work?

You can trade in your gently used Cotopaxi gear for store credit. Simply bring your items to a participating retail location or use our online portal to receive a prepaid shipping label.

What is your return policy for pre-owned gear?

We offer a 30-day return window for all Pre-Loved purchases. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with all internal tracking tags attached.

Are Pre-Loved items covered by the Guaranteed for Good warranty?

While our Pre-Loved collection is built to last, these items are sold as-is and are not covered by our standard lifetime warranty. However, we do offer repair resources to help extend the life of your gear.

How often do you add new inventory to the Pre-Loved shop?

Our inventory is updated daily as we process trade-ins. Since these are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces, we recommend checking back frequently or signing up for alerts.
